Can be avoided by building renewables around nuclear power stations to act as a minimum to providing auxiliary functions!
Kogan Creek power stations as a current fossil fuel generator has been using solar to preheat condensate!
Siting renewables on existing coal sites would simply reduce the damaging footprint of solar and wind farm to an area occupied by the current coal footprint.
It would avoid avoid further environmental vandalism!
