Hi Mozz,
Upper back pain, for more than a year it's been affecting my sleep. pain during the day 1, pain in morning can't sleep 7, 8. Did Physio, chiropractor, ice, exercises, just aggregates my back more. mri shows moderate athritis, dry joints, but there is a chance OA is not causing the pain but willing to give it a 6 week test. Would be amazing if it works cause I'm out of options. blood pressure is somewhat normal but elevated when i visit GP.
