Nothing about this class action against ISX makes sense when you examine it closely.
Consider the following points:
1) Why would an international entity fund a class action against a company with no assets or revenue?
2) What could their ultimate goal be? Perhaps they aim to inflict further reputational damage on ISX.
3) This raises the question: who are these individuals, and do they have any connection to the HIT on ISX?
4) Who are these trolls or deviants pushing this class action and attempting to mislead or poison the minds of shareholders?
On the other hand, ISX is making significant progress in Europe and the UK and is planning to list. Whether listed or not, dividend distributions can only be made to shareholders. Therefore, it's best for shareholders to maintain their positions and not be swayed by the underhanded tactics seen in this thread.
