Not just Solly's, all contractors, even Rich and Charlie, Everyone one will do well. Its a no brainer if it goes ahead. Apart from the contractors and wages circulating back into the commuity I wonder how much will trikle down and build the lower end up.?

Yes, shipping containers, old Bedford buses, teepees, borrowed caravans and tiny homes are their preferred type of accommodation.

With an average .052 and selling some now, you've had a good trade there, well done.
