A CR at higher prices would result in a pump and dump, would be a great outcome for traders but not long term holders.
BOT has now put a floor on the price (30c ish) and between now and sales results there is no limit - blue sky.
They raised at a very small discount to last price (despite fda news). The scenario you mentioned is only good for the short term. Say they waited, price hit 50c and they raised at 40? 35?
Imagine how that would kill the momentum then. Price would drop and need significant time to catch up to that level again, regardless of when they raised share holders would whinge. This outcome might not have resulted in an instant pump, but the odds this pumps and dumps has been drastically reduced.
IMO BOT has now cleared the runway.
