I think you're right re Mr Matket being underwhelmed. Not covinced its right, I suspect reaction is largely due the delays, but hard to argue regardless atm.

Thinking you are correct re minor side affects being problematic. I note 1 withdrawal was unrelated to medication though, also they coated pill post Ph2a?

Why dont you nelieve BP wont look straight past that cocern, maybe aim for a long acting slow release or injectable like the GILD release last week? 225 is demonstrably outperforming otherwise. Presumably its a saturation discussion and they coild say run 100 post x weeks.
