That’s an easy one mate , 1day build with 3 workers for 250 m2 or 2 weeks plus build and many workers , what do you think would be the cost saving on that alone ? We already know Americans stick builds are on pa or more expensive than brick builds . I haven’t been able to find anything on final cost of ICON builds even though they have completed a hundred projects . Its really simple mate , Brick is a far superior product , HX does a structure in a day , Mark said that they are competitive with Bricklayers rates , Mark said many times “Time is Money” Now who knows of any other home structure including modular,stick,tilt up, fluffy concrete etc etc that builds a structure in one day that is superior to any other product ?
