    why would a cap raise necessarily follow, if they are only paying out a percentage of the FCF?

    I’m not advocating for a policy that empties the entire cash balance, just some more progressive returns policy as a balance between growth capex and shareholder returns (like most listed companies do who are cashflow positive)
