WE the plant is to be funded and run by AGI if as per EPA proposal . The gathering system is funded by the JV partners STX/WGO is my understanding. STX and WGO prepaid for some components or work for the plant which is to be repaid when a definitive agreement/go-ahead was in place , which from rough memory was around $32m ? $16m strike's share ? So your 200m or whatever will be closer to between 30-60m? for a gathering network outlay cost only and a few mil refund from AGI to boot if it hasn't already occurred?
