I said exactly the opposite. That the moment a CR is pursued at the low end of the market, insto' buying quickly withdraws on the news and surruptitiuiously, where it can, even starts selling. It clearly did in the days before the halt in OPT as it does on sooooo many small caps pre-raise. Anyone self investing can see that.
