But when you sell Sterling to buy AUD they have done so at the top of the market...and all credit to them
Oil usually forward-prices economic activity...upticking global activity is USD positive and thus the x-rate AUDUSD will be sold off.
We are going to see these weird occurances in the markets where good economic data will accrue in asset sell offs.
..and all the wood ducks will be wondering why!
