Not really sure what you think A2M can say to the market as the entire situation (at this stage) is in SM1's control ? IMO A2M won't be able to comment on the loan until Synlait announce the details of same and of course A2M are not going to publicly comment on any 'negotiations' that may or may not be taking place behind the scenes with either Bright or Synlait or both as commercial in confidence negotiations are exactly that.
A2M's hands are tied at this stage but I gather if the loan scenario that is announced is not to their liking and / or any negotiations that may be happening now turn pear shaped I have no doubt they will express their views / pushback / intended actions to the market once Synlait make a public statement to the ASX .... until then there isn't much we can do but wait
