If the financial performance was good then they would not have cut the dividend by 22.7%.They are still paying 70% of NPAT so what went wrong to reduce dividend by 22.7%? Don't fall for underlying result management present.
market condition are tough particularly for building sector and your 40% EBIT comes from exposure to building sector unlike coles or woollies. if interest rates stay high then more people will try to survive on value product with lower margin then go out and spend on premium products.
