What fundamentals would that be? Past profits, past performance, NTA, PE ratio's, ROE, ROA, EPS?
You can in most cases understand when value is being reached when one is able to assess a company on the above metrics and some.
At the end of the day not even the brokers know what LYC is worth because until there are earnings and the basket price settles to a more realistic price over a longer term anyone buying LYC is taking a punt.
Fair enough, each to their own. But this is the most simplistic way of understanding what you are buying into.
At this point you really are buying into the assets of the company because it does not earn anything yet. Anyone know what the tangible assets are worth at book value?
Nor do you really know whether they will generate profits. Everything on paper looks great. That's why many investors all over the world in all forms of investing go broke.
Not everyone makes money. For every winner there is a loser.
