Yes, yes and yes patience personified as we navigate all the obfuscation and variables. The definite maybes, permissions, approvals and attacks from the anti (at any price) fossil fuel fraternity. Add to that scenario games being played by powerful people with hidden agendas, a skittish government reluctant to make decisions on energy policies and patience, lots of patience will be required.
