To me this announcement is not about the great news that Koch are involved, its the power of the Koch family, their connections etc. This puts ASN on a totally new, fast track development approach. Koch have seen the possibilities of ASN's ground and want in on it. But I would also temper that joy with the fact that Koch Industries did not get where they are by being nice. And they are private for a reason. ABC did a hit piece on Koch Industries a few years back. Their network for intricacy and reach would be almost unrivalled. Many lines into defense too.
This announcement also signals to me ASN is a takeover target, or at least, their US projects are up for negotiation.
