    Would be great if we could pin this to the top of the thread so newcomers and failing memories could easily see it.

    A very simple calculation for PCLs 20% off the back of lets say a 40BBoO discovery would therefore be:

    40 Billion Discovered @pcl 20% = $8BBoO

    $8BBoO @ $5 USD IGV = $40Billion USD

    $40Billion USD / SOI 9B = $4.4 USD per share

    Converted to AUD = $6.63 per share

    We will have to wait until Galp confirms the sale and associated details but assuming the PEL87 oil is like for like then it will be a very useful guide for PCL shareholders.
