AGI are still going ahead with the environmental approvals for the processing side hence I'd be pretty certain they're still in the front seat to own and operate the plant my 30-60m was a guesstimate for just the gathering system which is all STX/WGO will need to front up if AGI own/operate the plant which from existing processes looks that way
