You need to be careful in thinking McCann has the runs on the board to actually do anything of note with TSEG, beyond just optics.

McCann got out of Crown BEFORE all the regulations occurred and started coming into play. he essentially sold it at top dollar, prior to Blackstone realizing what a complete disaster the new regulations are.

McCann looks good at a very basic optics level, and I'm not saying he won't be a good appointment. But unless he can turn revenue around drastically, and fast. it all means zero.
