They flagged this up as the new dividend rate at the time of the capital raising Tin Wins. For me the most concerning part is this is still actually above the net income from the property portfolio and we’ve had no announcement on the leasing of vacant office floors. If the situation stays this way the annual payout would be something like 2.1 cents per share rather than 3 which is this new “rebased” figure.
