"Cost is a secondary concern ". ... surely you don't mean to suggest cost is unimportant. it's actually the key to the Libs argument, according to their announcement. note they keep referring to making electricity cost cheaper.
if they had a plan to replace coal surely they'd have a budget to build adequate nukes to cover the 23 terawatts of energy production lost though coal plant closures. but instead its limited, yet uncapped as O'Brien explained yesterday.
