Perhaps the FTO related indication approval could be met if BTD status is achieved using CPACS if the lead in bisantrene dose is shown to have an effect on FTO/m6a levels and is a necessary component of CPACS treatment? One for the lawyers I suppose. Hope the penalties aren't too severe at least.
