can it be done in time?if it cannot, then every single other issue is totally irrelevantand - the point is ----------- it cannot be done for the critical period -
it is not possiblefinally someone with credibility actually said this in clear Englishnow what we need is for people with credibility to tell us WHY it's not possible in the timeframe
