If PLE fails, it's squarely on the CURRENT management team's watch. They can't use the old "it was the past management stuff" excuse. Here's why:
1) Agersborg is a key player in the current management team as you said. He was part of Epitan but is still a major player for Clinuvel.
2) Based on past company announcements under the current management, PLE was obviously (and still might be until we know for sure) in the big plans for the strategy.
It was this management team that took PLE into PHase III and even decided to start another Phase III PLE trial on 2010.
So, if PLE fails, it's on the current team's watch. They could have chosend to drop it years ago. They continued the trials and even started new PLE trials. If PLE succeeds, they can claim credit.
Whatever the current status and plans for PLE are, we shareholders have the right to know so we can base financial decisions on that.
