Looks good to me but we are going to have some short term SP pain, production for Fission project (Patterson Lake) planned for 2029. I like shallow high grade though, and production 50% more than LHM although shorter mine life. They probably bought it for the exploration upside also. Who knows could open up higher strange things happen with these acquisitions. TSX listing is a bonus.
This acquisition was on the cards probably before the last CR, would have been good to have a small bit of info on LHM like production ramp up on target.
