The whole non-china supply chain is a funny one. What China will do is ship it out to Vietnam or Thailand to export it into the US, which in return, negates the 25% tariff.
Again the tariff being implemented at all time low prices is a nice push what the floor price companies pay for graphite.
What we also need is a ban on synthetic graphite made from fossil fuels which the likes of Elon has in his "eco friendly" vehicle.
