"Recently announced takeover" .... really. Recently announced where and by who?
Has this offer been made to all security holders as is required under law or were you just lucky and got specially selected ?
Where is the legally required "bidders statement" as required under the Australian Corporations act?
Where is the "target statement" from the company ?
"Cut-off: 01/07/2024" ..... really? There is a minimum 1 month offer open period under Australia law. Why do you think the sender is creating this fake urgency?
Is there anything at all in this that makes you think "Yeah, this looks legit" ?
Please think about the above before you click on any links or respond in any way. Its your choice at the end of the day but lets get serious, this has more red flags than a Chinese military parade.
