Sounds like there is a chance of a late twist to this deal now. the MoM guys have been through this ann:

So summary is:
1. RMS made 2 offers prior to exclusivity finishing
2. Karora then approve the WGX offer
3. Now another third party has made 2 all cash offers to buy Karora WA assets.
4. The MoM guys speculate that it might be Gold Fields.
