PDN is effectively paying USD$0.83B
The NPVs for Fission's Triple R deposit:
My first impressions is this a pretty good deal for PDN holders.
Its not super cheap, but its definitely not grossly overpaid.
FCU stock recent high was $1.32, I'd wager FCU holders probably aren't that happy.
But then that's a good sign PDN isnt overpaying.
