When did cohort 5 IV open? When did cohort 2 combo arm IT open? When did cohort 3 combo arm IV open? Are they going to integrate a higher dose or cohort 6 in IT mono?
The first 3, those cohorts have all been opened for long time and the they have yet to recruit sufficient patients to close them.
