Not sure if people have looked at this HCOF deal but it’s a doozy:

1. Investor gets 45m shares without investing a cent

2. If by some miracle they fund the first $1m CN, they get another 45m shares immediately.

3. The CN can be converted at any time at a steep discount, at current share price it would be $0.004

4. Highly unlikely that any further tranches would happen as they are subject to minimum MC of $1.5m

5. Numerous other fees, interest and options involved, as well as fees to Oakley.

Doubtful the company will receive even a cent of this, IMHO
