There is nothing negative in this update from my point of view. I would hate to be on a board negotiating a US$1.6 billion dollar mining construction. Can you imagine to stress of getting things right?
The worst thing that could happen here is if the summit consortium bails out / PowerChina abbandons the EPC process. From the looks of things, it's the opposite, they want to operate the bloody mine. Imagine the Chariman knowing all this and another capital raise coming up, he'd be licking his lips imo.
Keen to see how this pans out, it's getting heated, and volatile out there. As it should it towards the pointy end!
