I think that reinforces my point that it's a half baked plan, not countering it...
There'd be nothing wrong with the Libs going "OK, this is the plan re reactor count and type to start with, and we might revise down the track". But instead, no detail.
They spent an entire batch of political capital ringing on about "if you don't know vote no" and rolling this out now is just ironic gold.
