re: Ann: $20 Million Placement Closed Oversub... for pple to spend 20mil on a spec is a vote of confident imo..cant even get that from the banks these day.
they been keepin the sp down for the 10c placement which is common for all placement... ie RED, DMA in my portfolio. but once the placement is done... i feel we will move higher with more news.
