Yes, I also thought getting the actual export license is the next milestone. As JP indicated in the webinar, it is technically required for any new offtake (and therefore funding based on new offtake). However, this might take a while, and who knows, maybe environmental concerns will arise. The government and GLN might be on the same page - great and hence the signed agreement, but this could still be an issue later (challenging both the government and GLN and delaying things - who knows).
