I can't help but think that maybe STX has beaten others to the punch with this proposal. Surely others such as MRE with the 130kva line running straight past Lockyer wells would have been considering this, even if only a back up strategy should Domgas outcome not be palatable( plus having McGowan on board who is fully aware of energy constraints in WA following Collie coal saga).
