(TLX may have been halfway thru or just starting that 45-day process)
so UK Approval is probably different

then sell on Friday if it doesn't arrive ..
then Hope it doesn't get announced before buying back stock

but IF that Nasdaq IPO happened, i was thinking there would be news flow not far behind ?
in any case, TLX does just fine without news flows
