@paddington bear, yes, one swallow does not make a summer lol.

Normally 2 to 3 closes to confirm a break out is wise.

However, I feel a long overdue rotation is underway … the DOW, DOW Transports and even Russell 2000 were up strongly last night, with Nas and SP500 heading down for a much needed change. Also, the advance/decline ratio on the DOW was a respectable 0.73.
