Well, it isn't bad. This likely will not change Accel-KKR's offer of 19c. Best case scenario is if they can get a couple more of these in the very near future, someone else may offer more than 19c.
However, I think the only people that benefit from this is Accel-KKR, as it shows what they are about to acquire can still land contracts and generate future cash flow.
