They need to inform well before then.
The options expire on the 12th and there was no variation notice within the resolution passed yesterday.
Otherwise they have to reissue the options and that is a very messy look and I dont think those who injected $1.85mln in April would be happy at all.
The notification and monies will need to received by the 11th as the options lapse on the 12th.
