there was 2 at Kemerton they put in an application to the EPA in April (over Easter!) to increase to 13800 hrs per annum from 2000 hours per annum. not bad when you've only got 6800 hours in a year. even if spun across two turbines it's 80% capacity factor. we need this peaking plant badly!
