The BLM approval of Big Sandy exploratory drilling, which notes that it doesn't imply eventual approval of high-cost mining, reminded people of the 30-day appeal period and that the federal courts, not BLM, have the final word. The falling share price today makes me wonder if some people already know about a lawsuit (I don't).
