What assumptions are you making about Disposal costs for Nuclear ? not just the waste but the whole containment buildings?
What is your assumption for maintenance on Nuclear in 40 to 60 years time?
With Solar they just replace the panels .

Not to mention the cost of storage of waste fuel for a few thousand years after decommissioning.
