The flip side is that there is also the counter option where the the deal does not eventuate and we end up back at 10c.

For example:
- ACCEL-KKR could withdraw, think DND withdrawing from LNK offer after their own SP crashed in Canada and financiers got nervous. A new and accepted offer was ultimately well below what DND offered.
- The FIRB rejects the takeover, or;
- The SH reject the takeover.

There is a broad market depth at 18.5c currently but as time passes the SP should creep closer to the TO offer. I for one am not going to hold out for the extra 0.5c as eg: 10,000 shares is only = $50. Happy to take the extra 100% capital I didn't have last week and mark it down as a lesson learnt.
