Value proposition has shifted fundamentally. This will rerate shortly or be taken over. 640m is too cheap. I suspect Gina pulled strings to get the last min govt policy delay and is the lead weight holding this down at 22.5c. Time will tell. 8.5% shorted at historical lows with no clear exit is very unusual. Every negative rumour has also been proved a lie.
