Commissioning of Waitsia to start end of July. Latest estimate. I think it will start earlier.
BPT said production to begin early next year. That means around 6 months to do the commissioning work. My understanding is there are about 400 workers currently at Waitsia project. Lots of pre-commissioning work done earlier. Barring unforeseen events the job should be done before Christmas. I wonder how much time was estimated for Waitsia commissioning work in the original timeline using 200 workers.
The guidance will set up a trap to catch the shorters.
