Actually pretty annoying for DR to do an 'off the record' interview like this without announcing anything to the market. Restricted in what he can say and anything he has said, has been used in evidence against him (like $12m cash at end of quarter, doesn't seem to tie in with expectations of no debt being paid, or at least we hope not). Just makes it look like more Calidus fluff, spin and half-truths that we're supposed to be past by this point.
