You make some valid points.
Stand alone Vanadium and Ti is struggling in its own right. Look at KRR an TIVAN. Both uneconomic. So I personally remove them from any value in the chain. Hopefully they do not add to costs too much.
Location is very remote so only a truly positive BFS would get funding given the proximity hurdles.
But at the end of the day, if the numbers stack up this project has massive potential if the drill rig is kind.
