My thoughts. The NAMCOR shake-up has delayed the license issuance from MME. surely any license involving NAMCOR (10% holders)that is about to be issued, would have a moratorium placed on it, until any investigation is cleared and dust settled? secondly, possibly countering this thinking is, perhaps the Director sold as the standard ASX ExCo/Dir blackout period pre major announcement or year end was about to come into effect and thus cash was needed between the beginning and end of the period, which could be up to a month long.
