    I am looking at REIT but only those who pays quarterly dividend as it helps with my cashflow.

    CQR is the one I hold with six month dividend but I hold them due to low gearing plus they hold properties that helps me to diversify.

    Housing sector continue to struggle until interest rates go down or income goes up and I don't see any of those things happening at the moment.
